San Francisco, CA – Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors have tried many lineups in their three preseason games. However, there is one he seems rather fond of when closing quarters. It's the combination of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Jordan Poole, Otto Porter Jr, and Nemanja Bjelica.

“Well, Draymond is the five, and we got four shooters and Draymond and Steph in the pick-and-roll. They have so much experience together. They know how to get the ball to each other, create space, and if the other three guys are on the floor at the same time, the defense has to honor all of them. There's just a lot of ground for the defense to cover against that lineup,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr told ClutchPoints.

This new group accounted for 78 of the team's 121 points in Friday's win. They are making all the right plays, and the ball is continuously moving. Curry and Poole are the primary scorers, but the others understand when it's their turn to take a shot. These five players are looking like they've been together for years.

Finding multiple lineups to work with their leaders Curry and Green, will equal a ton of different looks for opposing teams to prepare for when facing the Dubs. The more players Kerr is comfortable playing in closing time adds to the team's arsenal of threats.

Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors moved to 3-0 in preseason play Friday night. They dismantled LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers 121-114. Curry led all scorers with 30 points, and Poole was right behind him with 28. Tuesday, the Warriors will face the Lakers again as they try to push their streak to four.
