The highly-anticipated return of Golden State Warriors superstar point guard Steph Curry finally came to fruition on Saturday night versus the Memphis Grizzlies. Needless to say, Curry's return certainly fit the billing after leading the Warriors' offensive onslaught with 38 points in 26 minutes.

There has been little doubt about the impact Curry can have on a game. However, head coach Steve Kerr took it a step further by comparing it to the likes of NBA legends Michael Jordan and Shaquille O'Neal, according to Chris Biderman of the Warriors Wire:

“He brings something different than anybody ever has, to be honest with you,” Kerr said of Curry. “There’s been plenty of guys who dominate the game in different ways. You think of Shaq overpowering people, or Michael Jordan [using] a combination of power and skill and tenacity. But nobody’s ever tilted the floor like Steph does – at such a deep range and with such incredible ball handling skills.”

While Kerr's praise may seem a bit far-fetched, it certainly carries some weight. Kerr spent plenty of time with “His Airness” during his time with the Chicago Bulls while squaring off in his fair share of games against O'Neal in his prime.

Furthermore, Curry has already been hailed as the greatest three-point shooter of all-time. He further proved why after hitting 10 of his 13 three-pointers after coming back from an 11-game absence.
