There have been multiple reports about Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson's possible return date. After their Tuesday morning practice, the sharpshooter gave his version of when that could be.

“It's really hard to say because it's definitely a feel thing. It's hard to just put a date on it, but who knows when it could be, but it will be in the first half of the season, hopefully, the first trimester,” Thompson told ClutchPoints.

Steve Kerr informed the media that Klay Thompson is practicing with the team now. However, his stamina is the main obstacle standing in front of him being on the court. Multiple people have said Thompson is looking good, and of course, he still can shoot.

Even though there is still no exact date for his return, the worst part is over. Thompson is thrilled to be back at work with the Warriors, and he continues to be a positive influence as he works his way into game shape.

Everyone would love to see him back at All-Star status, but that might not be this season. He understands that, and his number one goal this season is winning his fourth NBA championship with the Warriors.

That doesn't mean his All-Star days are over just yet. Thompson explained he plans on being that player again. He wants to be the guy who scored 37 points in a quarter and the one who made 14 threes in a game. Thompson is just a team-first player, so winning a championship will always come first.
