Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has unveiled the team's plans on filling up their final roster spot ahead of the 2021-2022 NBA season. Right now, the Warriors still have one roster spot to fill after a rather quiet offseason which leaves the impression that two-time MVP Stephen Curry still needs one more piece, at the very least.

Kerr, however, isn't rushing a decision. According to the 55-year-old mentor, the front office isn't pressured into making a decision on filling that empty spot right now.

“The way we’re looking at it is that it’s up in the air,” Kerr said (via NBC Sports). “We may or may not use it, but that’s what training camp is for. You get a really good look at some guys, there are some really interesting names, people who are really proven players in the league. You get a chance to get a good look at those guys and some young guys who are trying to make it in the league.”

Curry is obviously leading the way for the Warriors' upcoming campaign. Kerr also has the luxury of having his championship core back with Draymond Green still in the mix and a healthy Klay Thompson returning. Andre Iguodala, the team's Finals MVP from 2015, is also suiting up for Dub Nation after making an off-season return.

Aside from these proven vets, the Warriors also have a few youngsters with last season's second overall pick in James Wiseman as well as this year's lottery pick in Jonathan Kuminga as well as a few more key pieces like Andrew Wiggins and Otto Porter Jr.

Kerr's team might be lacking a roster spot but, looking at the team right now, everything looks pretty solid in Golden State.
