Andrew Bogut received an effusive welcome upon making his first home appearance at Oracle Arena after signing with the Golden State Warriors two weeks ago and making his debut last week against the San Antonio Spurs.

Now home after being rushed into action earlier than anticipated due to a DeMarcus Cousins injury, Bogut got the homecoming treatment most expected, including teammate Shaun Livingston, who expected every bit of this reception.

The Australian big man had a tribute video played on the Jumbotron, showcasing his feats throughout his last stint with the Warriors to the applause of the crowd:

Bogut is among one of the most beloved figures of the initial championship roster. His bruising screens, physical defense and alley-oop connections with Stephen Curry and Draymond Green made him one of the most endearing characters to root for during his four-year run with the team.

The 7-footer started his first two games back with the team on the road, but eventually returned to his actual role as a third-stringer, coming in behind Kevon Looney in limited minutes.

Bogut played only nine minutes, but got his money's worth when it comes to attempts, going 1-of-8 from the field for four points and seven rebounds in his brief court action.
