A video of a young Klay Thompson meeting Chicago Bulls legends Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen back in 1998 has resurfaced and is now viral on social media. In the said video, the Golden State Warriors star and his brothers were eager to get autographs from Jordan and Pippen after their father, Mychal, have taken them to watch a Bulls game that year.

Chicago was the most popular NBA team during the 1990s. Behind Jordan and Pippen, the Bulls managed to win six championships in that decade, cementing their legacy as part of what's arguably the most dominant dynasty in the history of the league.

Who would've thought that Klay Thompson will grow to become one of the greatest shooters in NBA history?

Drafted 11th overall in 2011, Thompson has been an integral part of the Warriors who reached powerhouse status four years after he came into the league. From 2015-2019, the Dubs have made it to the NBA Finals, winning three of five championships, and Klay was a huge part of that success.

At this point, Thompson is still recovering from the ACL tear he suffered in Game 6 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. He's eager to return at the end of next season to help the Warriors make a deep run into the playoffs once again. And who knows, once he's 100 percent healthy, a kid might approach him in the hallways of Chase Center to ask for his autograph, and that lad could later turn out as the face of the NBA's future generation.
