Kevin Durant made his return to the floor Thursday night for the Golden State Warriors as they host the Milwaukee Bucks at Oracle Arena. However, his comeback, at least on this night, became shortlived after being ejected with two seconds left in the first half.

In the play which Durant emphatically contested with the official, it can be seen that the superstar forward might have been arguing a slight push on his back by Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo that led to him crashing to the floor.

He immediately went over to the referee with no intention of calmly asking for an explanation whatsoever. Check out the video below.

Talk about tough luck for Golden State. They're already playing catch up with the Bucks and all Durant needed to do was zip his mouth for a few more seconds to give his team that lethal extra gear in the second half. Howard, Durant has had difficulties controlling his emotion all season long.

He's garnered enough technical fouls and ejections — five all in all including this one — to give Draymond Green a run for his money as the Warriors' undisputed king of technical fouls. Unfortunately, it could be that the league office will be the one that will cause Durant some hit in his pockets if a fine would be slapped on the All-Star.

For now, Durant has the entire second half of play watching his team inside the locker room, perhaps using his burner account to lash out against critics in social media.
