Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson does not care that his team currently boasts the worst record in the NBA. For Thompson, a return to glory is on the horizon.

Thompson took to Twitter after a shoe release at the team shop, telling fans the “dynasty ain't over:”

Thompson was officially ruled out for the remainder of the season as he continues to rehab from a torn ACL.

Most fans and pundits considered Golden State's dynasty “over” when the team lost to the Toronto Raptors in last year's NBA Finals, a result subsequently followed by Kevin Durant's departure from the Bay Area.

However, Golden State's future is far more intriguing given they figure to draw a top selection in this year's NBA Draft.

Thompson and Stephen Curry will (ideally) return as healthy rotational fixtures, and the Warriors swapped D'Angelo Russell for Andrew Wiggins. Golden State might hope to pair that trio with the likes of James Wiseman, or they could even look to trade their pick in exchange for an elite big or wing player.

Regardless of what the future holds, Warriors fans still have plenty of reasons to be optimistic. Just ask Klay.
