It takes one to know one. Splash brothers Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson of the Golden State Warriors know the form and mechanics of each others' jump shot. When the mechanics are perfect, it is bound to swish the net.

In Game 2 of the Warriors' series against the San Antonio Spurs, Curry, once he saw Thompson wide open from the 3-point distance, knew that the shot was about to go in. He didn't even look. As the ball went up, he stood up, raised his hands and celebrated.

Below is the video as posted by Bleacher Report:

The two probably go at each other in practice. One can simply fantasize the net getting a beating from three after three drained by these two pure shooters. Outside the practice facility, the two even competed in the 3-point shooting contest. Rightfully, they both have one 3-point shootout trophy in their houses.

Curry, who's out with an MCL sprain, is not expected to play in the first round of the playoffs. Until then, he's on the sidelines, supporting the Warriors, motivating his splash brother Thompson.

Two years ago, Curry gave the baton to Thompson, saying that it is his time. Per Rusty Simmons of SF Gate, Curry told Thompson during their game against the Thunder two years ago in the playoffs. Down eight points, their season was on the line:

“I knew that those first three minutes, I wouldn’t say necessarily could win us the game, but they could obviously go out and turn that eight-point lead into 15 or 17. Then, you’re pretty much done,” Curry said. “Knowing the sense of urgency, I didn’t want to pressure on him, but I wanted to give him that confidence.

“I told him to “do what you do,” and he did that.
