Video: Stephen Curry draws up perfect game-winning play at camp
Bryan Antoine made the trip from his native Eatontown, New Jersey to attend Stephen Curry’s SC30 Select Camp in San Francisco, and he would have his reward soon enough after the Golden State Warriors superstar himself drew up a play that allowed Antoine to hit a game-winning three.
While Curry takes the credit for drawing up the play (with no actual screen set for the driver), it was Antoine who made the two-time MVP look good, hitting a heavily-contested pull-up 3-pointer as the buzzer sounds to put an end to Curry’s annual camp in fantastic fashion. Take a look.
The campers weren’t the only ones losing their minds after the game-winning shot, as Curry himself couldn’t inject any more of this clutch gene in his veins, running wild around the court as if one of his own Warriors teammates had just hit a monster shot in the regular season.
Antoine, a 6-foot-5, 168-pound shooting guard that is bound to graduate next year, got a cool mention for his troubles along with a photo next to Curry and the Larry O’Brien trophy — a moment he will likely cherish as he pursues his own NBA dream.
Antoine has already gotten offers from some of the biggest schools in the country, including Duke, Kansas, and defending champion Villanova. After this video goes viral, he’s bound to get even more eyes drawn to him over the next couple of months.
