Golden State Warriors fans are going to love what just happened at the team's practice.

On the day that it was announced point guard Stephen Curry would be returning to the lineup from his ankle injury, video captured Curry showing off his hops with a nice dunk during practice.

Take a look at the footage:

Curry is of course not known as a high-flyer but seeing this kind of act in practice is a good sign for those concerned with the health of his ankle.

Ankle injuries were a nemesis of Curry's during the beginning of his NBA career and the last thing anyone wants to see is that trend resurrecting for the former two-time MVP.

Curry's return tonight will surely spark a Warriors team that is just dying for postseason play to start (as long as they're fully healthy). In the midst of a slew of injuries this season, Golden State is on to its worst record of the Steve Kerr era — which isn't that awful of a thing considering Kerr is the all-time leader in winning percentage among coaches in history.

Nevertheless it will be important for the Warriors to begin hitting their stride and a spry Curry will be necessary in that formula. All eyes will be on the sharpshooter tonight to see how he looks in his first game back in some time.
