Stephen Curry is one of the most popular and exciting players in the NBA. The two-time NBA champion and MVP sets the standard for magnificent 3-point shooting every time he sets foot on the court.

Therefore, it's no surprise that companies have started to take interest in Curry for potential endorsement deals. In recent news, Stephen Curry aired on a new Brita commercial, endorsing the consumption of clean and filtered water manufactured by the company.

This extended three-minute long commercial featured Stephen Curry helping Rudy Mancuso commit to his New Years' resolutions by drinking Brita-filtered water and dumping out his bottled water. Although the commercial can stray away from Brita's main focus, the ad is certainly one that will stick in the heads of viewers.

To start, Curry is dancing with a singing Mancuso as he tries to get the YouTube personality to lead a healthy lifestyle. Secondly, in the ad, Mancuso is clearly talking to himself, imagining the whole scenario with Curry helping him become a healthy person. Even in the end, the pizza guy has his own Curry hallucination after criticizing Mancuso for it. Twitter's reaction to the Brita ad was expected. They were all confused.

If Curry's NBA career doesn't play out the way he hopes it to, he could probably become a life coach and earn a pretty decent living. Apparently, the star point guard has it down pat, getting people to choose Brita-water over standard bottled water. Even though the ad was somewhat corny, Brita should be proud that they landed Stephen Curry in their new commercial. Maybe this exposure is what the company needs to overthrow bottled water once and for all.
