It was an emotional night for the Golden State Warriors on Sunday as they cruised to an easy victory against the Los Angeles Clippers in their final regular-season game in Oracle Arena. The game ended with a lopsided final score of 131-104, but there was another narrative on the evening that was equally relevant.

The Warriors will be moving stadiums starting next season, and to commemorate the 47 years the team spent in Oakland's Oracle Arena, Dubs head coach Steve Kerr had the honor of unveiling a truly inspiring banner that will be hanging in the Chase Center next season:

Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was featured in the clip a couple of times, and he was himself applauding the gesture as a sign of his appreciation for the experience they have had in Oracle Arena.

This pretty much sums up the sentiments of not only the Warriors, but the entire Dubs faithful. It's a bittersweet feeling of having to move on from the historic venue, but seeing how amazing the new stadium is going to be, it's actually a very exciting time for Warriors nation.

This adds some extra motivation for the Warriors to go all the way again this season to honor their final year in Oracle Arena with nothing less than a three-peat. It's not going to be an easy road ahead, but it is without question that Golden State has what it takes to achieve this unrivaled milestone.

As Kerr so aptly put it, see you in the playoffs!
