The Washington Football Team has struggled against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. They don’t seem to have the weapons to fight back against Dallas, making this a tough game overall. Even so, Cam Sims made a massive play for his team, impersonating Randy Moss to score a touchdown. What’s more impressive, he made the catch over Trevon Diggs.
Sims turns it upfield and Heinicke throws it deep to him, despite being covered by Trevon Diggs. The pass is a tad underthrown, but Sims doesn’t seem to mind as he reels it in any way. It was the first touchdown for Washington so far in this matchup.

Trevon Diggs got absolutely Mossed! Sims got up and made an incredible play that Washington needed. This is a play we’d expect to see Terry McLaurin make, but since he’s ruled out with a concussion, Sims stepped up and made the play.
This has been the only highlight for Washington, as the Cowboys have controlled this game from the jump. They’ve shut down Antonio Gibson and Terry McLaurin had been inefficient until falling to injury.
Washington at least has one play to be happy about. Even so, they’re likely to lose this game, dwindling their chances of making the playoffs. The Cowboys look to have a stronghold on the NFC East as they’re easily the best team in the division this year.
We’ll see how Washington bounces back. They have four games remaining, all of which are against their division rivals. It’s a tough stretch of the schedule, but this franchise must put it together if they hope to make the playoffs.
