The NFL regular season is gradually dwindling down while injuries continue to affect fantasy football players. With that being said, here is the fantasy football injury report for Week 13.

QBs

Cardinals' Kyler Murray (Active): Kyler Murray made a late-week appearance on the Arizona Cardinals' injury report due to a hamstring injury. After being able to practice in full on Friday, the rookie signal-caller has been deemed as active on Sunday.

Possible replacements: Jaguars' Nick Foles (vs. Buccaneers), Jets' Sam Darnold (vs. Bengals), Titans' Ryan Tannehill (vs. Colts)

RBs

49ers' Matt Breida (Out): The San Francisco 49ers have been unable to have Matt Breida on the field since Week 10. Unfortunately, Breida still doesn't appear to be ready to make his return to the field in Week 13.

Eagles' Jordan Howard (Out): Jordan Howard has missed the last two games for the Philadelphia Eagles because of a shoulder injury. Initially, Howard was questionable to play on Sunday but he has since been downgraded to out against the Miami Dolphins.

Steelers' James Conner (Out): Similarly to Howard, James Conner has also been dealing with a shoulder ailment. Conner has been ruled out for Sunday's rematch with the Cleveland Browns.

Chiefs' Damien Williams (Out): The Kansas City Chiefs will be without Damien Williams in Week 13. The team's versatile running back is recovering from a rib injury that he sustained in Week 12 versus the Los Angeles Chargers.

Possible replacements: Colts' Jonathan Williams (vs. Titans), Steelers' Benny Snell (vs. Browns), Chiefs' Darrel Williams (vs. Raiders)

WRs

Eagles' Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor (Active): Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor sat out of last week's contest versus the Seattle Seahawks. Luckily for Carson Wentz, both wide receivers were able to practice this week and will be active on Sunday.

Patriots' Mohamed Sanu and Phillip Dorsett (Questionable): Last week, Mohamed Sanu ended up having to miss a game due to an ankle injury he sustained in Week 11. On the other hand, Phillip Dorsett has been recovering from a concussion.

The good news for fans of the New England Patriots is that both Sanu and Dorsett are expected to play on Sunday night versus the Houston Texans.

Colts' T.Y. Hilton (Out): During last week's game against the Texans, T.Y. Hilton attempted to make his return from a calf injury. Instead, the Indianapolis Colts' go-to wide receiver re-injured his calf and has been ruled out for Week 13.

Steelers' JuJu Smith-Schuster (Out): Besides Conner, the Pittsburgh Steelers will also be without JuJu Smith-Schuster for another week. The young pass-catcher is recovering from a knee injury and a concussion.

Giants' Golden Tate (Out): After getting Sterling Shepard back from a concussion in Week 12, the New York Giants are losing another wide receiver to a concussion. Golden Tate has been ruled out for the Giants in Week 13 due to a head injury.

Possible replacements: Steelers' James Washington (vs. Browns), Titans' A.J. Brown (vs. Colts), Colts' Zach Pascal (vs. Titans), Bengals' Auden Tate (vs. Jets)

TEs

Eagles' Zach Ertz (Questionable): Since earlier in the week, Zach Ertz has been nursing a hamstring injury. The team activated Josh Perkins in case he's unable to go but it seems as if Ertz is expected to give it a go for the Eagles on Sunday.

Rams' Gerald Everett (Out): Last week, Gerald Everett sustained what appeared to be an ugly injury knee injury against the Baltimore Ravens. Despite the injury not being as serious as it looked, the Los Angeles Rams' tight end will be inactive in Week 13.

Possible replacements: Rams' Tyler Higbee (vs. Cardinals), Colts' Jack Doyle (vs. Titans), Giants' Kaden Smith (vs. Packers)
