Kareem Hunt has played three games for the Cleveland Browns after serving his suspension. Since his return, the Browns have not lost and Hunt is being used in unique ways. Moving forward, Hunt could be an important weapon in Cleveland.

In just three games, Hunt has become the Browns' third leading rusher behind Nick Chubb and Baker Mayfield. He is also the team's fourth leading receiver in terms of catches behind Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, and Nick Chubb. Hunt is comfortable in his role on the Browns right now and they will work on ways to get him more involved.

The Browns will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 13. Hunt's second game back was a 21-7 win over Pittsburgh. In that game, Hunt was used as more of a receiver as he caught six passes for 46 yards. Once again, Hunt will be used as a receiver, but he will be even more involved this time around. Hunt will be an X-Factor, not only in this game for the Browns, but for the rest of the season.

The Importance of Hunt

Hunt was one of the league's best running backs for two seasons during his time in Kansas City. He was picked up by the Browns after all of his off the field drama had been sorted out. Once his suspension was up, the Browns were getting themselves a really good football player.

Freddie Kitchens and the Browns' offensive staff now has one job. That job is to find a way to get Hunt involved. Over the past two weeks, Hunt and Chubb have been seen on the field together. That is a plan that the Browns could use every week.

Hunt and Chubb are extremely similar in both their running style and ability to receive out of the backfield. They also have unique tendencies and skills that they possess. Cleveland has to have different plays and formations up their sleeve that allows them to play together.

Having both backs on the field at the same time will make the Browns difficult to defend. Defenses would have to account for both of them. Against the Steelers, expect to see more of Hunt and Chubb together.

Hunt had just six carries in their previous meeting and that number should increase. It is coincidental that Hunt returned to a struggling team and they have won three in a row. There might be no correlation, but there is no doubt that the Browns are better with Hunt on the field.
