The past two weeks have not been kind to the Dallas Cowboys. After suffering back-to-back losses to the Saints and Packers they are in need of a “get right” game. Week 6 provides the perfect opportunity for Dallas to get back on track, facing a New York Jets team that will be bringing Sam Darnold back into the fold.

Although Dallas was finally able to get Michael Gallup back from a knee injury, they were forced to limit Amari Cooper in this week's practice while Randell Cobb left Thursday's practice early with a back injury.

Cobb's injury doesn't seem to serve to the point where he will be held out of Sunday's game against the Jets. In fact, Cobb's presence this week will be key for a Dallas team that is looking to make a statement.

Being such a versatile weapon that is capable of receiving handoffs, catching balls across the middle, or even return kicks and punts, offensive coordinator Kellen Moore will find creative ways to find the speedster the ball.

With Cooper banged up expect to see Cobb with anywhere between 6-10 targets. He doesn't have more than five receptions in any game so far but those involved a relatively healthy Cooper.

The Jets sit in the bottom half of the league in terms of opponents passing yards per game and are still missing linebacker C.J. Mosley, leaving the middle of the field vulnerable. Cobb excels in short-yardage crossing routes where he has enough space to use his legs and make a play.

Last week, quarterback Dak Prescott went for over 400 yards for the second time this season, showing that Moore's offensive system is not going to stray away from the passing game. If Cooper fails to play Sunday, it will leave Michael Gallup as the team's deep ball threat while Cobb will be due to eat up some of those short-yardage throws.

The Jets will be overloaded with the different offensive schemes that Dallas will throw at them, many of them involving Cobb being utilized in a variety of different ways. Dallas will be holding nothing back this Sunday, hoping to prove to the rest of the league that they are still Super Bowl contenders.
