Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors thought they had the win on the bag against the Washington Wizards, but Bradley Beal totally spoiled those plans.

The Wizards escaped with a 110-107 victory over the Dubs at Chase Arena on Friday following a cold-blooded 4-point play by the league’s leading scorer.

Up by three with 12 seconds remaining in regulation, all the Dubs needed was one defensive stop to seal the victory. They got the stop when Russell Westbrook came up short with his 3-pointer but Golden State was unable to collect the defensive board.

That cost them big-time, as Beal tracked that long rebound. Without a hint of hesitation, the 27-year-old superstar splashed a clutch corner 3-pointer to tie the game. He fell down to the floor after absorbing contact from Andrew Wiggins and was rewarded with an extra shot.

Beal completed the 4-point play and put the Wizards in the driver's seat. Following a great defensive play, the visitors iced the game from the foul line and made sure Beal's heroics did not go for naught this time.

The three-time All-Star finished with just 20 points on 7-for-16 shooting from the field to go along with six assists and three boards in 30 minutes. He missed his first four 3-pointers of the ball game before hitting his lone 3-pointer of the night, which turned out to be the game-winner.

The loss drops the Warriors to 24-28, just a game ahead of the New Orleans Pelicans for the final play-in spot.
