Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal has been with the team for seven years and apparently has been part of some tense practices during that time.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Bradley Beal implied to a Wizards team official that he's been dealing with volatile practices ever since he got drafted by the Wizards back in 2012.

Washington is 5-11 on the season and has the second-worst defense in the NBA entering Monday. They are also giving up 116.9 points per game and have a defensive rating of 114.1, which is also 29th in the NBA.

In the 16 games he's appeared in, Beal is averaging 21.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists while shooting 45.5 percent from the field, 33.9 percent from beyond the arc and 77.6 percent from the free-throw line. The sharpshooter signed a five-year, $127 million contract with the Wizards in the summer of 2016.

Things are just an absolute mess in the nation's capital. When Washington signed Dwight Howard in the offseason, some around the league thought they would be one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference now that LeBron James is out West.

Instead, the Wizards are currently 11th in the East and have been one of the worst and most dysfunctional teams in the NBA.
