After their loss to the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, a frustrated Bradley Beal called for a change in culture within the Washington Wizards organization.

Per Fred Katz of The Athletic, Beal shared that losing is always tough — especially “winnable games.” Asked on what he wanted to change in the Wizards' culture, Beal says that he wants to create that “winning attitude, winning habits.”

The Wizards' 115-106 loss to the Bulls is their second straight defeat. They have dropped six of their last 10 games and now sport a 13-27 record for 12th in the East.

Beal's sentiments are understandable. After all, not too long ago, the Wizards were a great mid-tier team and perennial playoff contenders. When Beal and John Wall were at their peak, the team was tagged as a serious up-and-coming squad.

However, injuries have prevented Beal and Co. from reaching their full potential. Analysts even suggested that it was time to dismantle the team and build a new one.

Beal's rant should raise an alarm for the Wizards front office. A premium has been placed at winning a title, especially for star players like Beal. Put simply, a lucrative salary is just second in the priorities of players today.

The big offseason moves by Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis prove that. Even LeBron James' infamous decision to take his talents to South Beach is evidence that winning is what players care about the most.

If the Wizards don't do anything about it, then it is possible that Bradley Beal requests for a trade in the near future.
