Washington Wizards guard Russel Westbrook is not having the best start to the season by his standards. He's still averaging a near triple-double each game with 20.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 9.5 assists, all while shooting 40.7 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from deep.

Nonetheless, these are not enough to dissuade Taylor Swift fans from campaigning to have Brodie sent to another All-Star game.

The singer has 146 million followers on Instagram, so it would take just a fraction of that fanbase to possibly get the Wizards star in. However, it must be noted that fans only account for 50 percent of votes. The other half will be decided by all current players and a media panel evenly. This season’s All-Star starters will be announced on the evening of February 18, while the reserves will be revealed on February 23.

The former league MVP is an avid Taylor Swift fan. In several instances, the Wizards guard has recorded himself singing along to Swift's tunes. In 2015, Westbrook attended Swift's concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, where he was shown as having a good time. He also took a video of himself singing along to Swift's “We Are Never Getting Back Together.” This was around the time that former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Kevin Durant left the team.
