Bradley Beal remains undecided whether to go all in and ask for a trade from the Washington Wizards or assure the franchise that he will be happy and content for at least the last guaranteed year of his current deal with the team.

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Still: Beal has been seriously mulling his future in recent weeks, and at times has been very much on the fence about whether or not he wants to remain with the Wizards, sources tell The Athletic. There won’t be a shortage of sharks that will circle the Wizards’ boat should Washington put Beal on the trade block. Among those expected to pursue Beal in such an event are the Golden State Warriors, who are looking to get the most value they can from the remaining prime years of Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. In a separate report, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN (h/t Real GM) said that the Warriors are willing to let go of two first-round picks in the 2021 NBA Draft along with James Wiseman if it could get them an All-Star.

Beal is due to earn $34.5 million in the coming 2021-22 NBA season. After that, he will have to make another important decision, as he can exercise his player option for the 2022-23 season, assuming he has not signed an extension by then.
