Washington Wizards superstar Bradley Beal has the utmost confidence in his Davis Bertans' ability to knock down the long ball. So much so that the two-time All-Star is already celebrating even before the Latvian sniper has taken the shot.

Beal found himself double-teamed during the Wizards' hosting of the New York Knicks at Capital One Arena on Tuesday. He quickly gave the rock up to the wide-open Bertans, who then quickly pulled the trigger from 3-point territory.

Beal immediately turned around and flashed the “three-ball” gesture without even looking if Bertans made the shot — an ode to Golden State Warriors “Splash Brothers” duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

Wizards beat reporter for NBCS Washington Chase Hughes later clarified that Bertans did in fact miss the shot. In Bradley Beal's defense, Bertans usually makes more than he misses.

Bertans has been one of the best pure shooters in the league this season, draining 42.5 percent of his 3-pointers entering Tuesday's game. He is averaging a career-high 15.5 points in his first season in Washington.

The Wizards, meanwhile, ran away with an easy 122-115 victory over the Knicks. Davis Bertans pitched in 11 points, two rebounds, and three dimes in 29 minutes.
