We all know that John Wall has the ability to take over the basketball court at any given time but the Washington Wizards guard taking over a virtual classroom is definitely something new.

Wall has been making the most out of his unexpected time off and is currently enrolled in his alma mater to finish his business degree at Kentucky. And due to the learn-from-home requirements caused by COVID-19, students including Wall, had to take online classes.

To the delight of one of John Wall's classmates, the five-time All-Star was in attendance for their first online lecture:

Wall was never able to get his college degree since he only attended one year in Kentucky before forgoing his final three years of college to sign up for the 2010 NBA Draft where he was drafted as the first overall pick by the Wizards. Since joining the league, Wall has garnered quite the individual accolades being selected to the All-Star game five times and being part of the All-NBA Third Team (2017) as well as All-Defensive Second Team (2015). Even with all that and being one of the NBA's most elite guards right now, Wall has had his eyes on a diploma. He's been enrolled in Kentucky since the summer of 2018.

ā€œI'm going back to school this summer to get my business degree,ā€ Wall told The Washington Post in 2018. ā€œThat's what I'm focusing on. I promised my dad that.ā€

Good thing for Wall, physical classes have transitioned to online lectures which will make it way easier for him to complete his attendance. Get that degree, Mr. Wall.
