WWE 2K22 Whole Dam Pack Release Date: July 19, 2022
WWE 2K22's fifth and final post-launch DLC is finally here: Whole Dam Pack drops on all platforms on July 19, 2022.
New Wrestlers
The Whole Dam Pack adds six new wrestlers in the game, namely:
- Rob Van Dam
- Logan Paul
- Machine Gun Kelly
- LA Knight
- Xia Li
- Commander Azeez
This is one of the best DLC packs to come this year, with something for all kinds of fans – from the current, to the NXT fans, to the classic OGs who loved RVD, and to the younger audiences who love Logan Paul, who has just recently signed a WWE contract to face The Miz at SummerSlam. It's just a shame that it's the last one we're getting for this version of the game. We'll have to wait for WWE 2K23 for an updated roster again, and hopefully, a better, much more stable product.
Price
The Whole Dam Pack comes with the game's season pass – priced at $40 the season pass nets you 27 wrestlers – about $1.5 for each wrestler in all the DLC packs that have arrived and coming your way. You can also purchase the DLC separately, and the Whole Dam Pack costs $10, so that's about $1.67 per wrestler. Is it worth it? You decide.
This pack introduces Logan Paul, one of the most recently-signed WWE wrestlers and an internet celebrity on his own right. Funny how the card dangling around his neck in the game contains his picture instead of an expensive Charizard card, but that's licensing issues for you. LA Knight and Xia Li appear as two of the last NXT call-ups in the game. Commander Azeez was also a prominent part of the roster while he brushed shoulders with the likes of Apollo Crews. Of course, who can forget two figures who have been around WWE for a long time – Machine Gun Kelley (who also produced the game's music), and Rob Van Dam, just one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. With this pack released, we've now gotten all the 27 new wrestlers for this year's WWE 2K22 Post-Launch DLC content.
