New York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier may have just made the catch of the year with an insane diving grab to save extra bases on Friday night in the Bronx.

With one out in the top of the third inning, Nationals infielder Josh Harrison took Yankees righty for a ride to the left-center field gap which looked like it would definitely a double at the very least.

Then out of nowhere, Frazier made a Superman-like leap to rob Harrison. Take a look:

That's gotta be one of the plays of the year so far. He did get up limping a bit, but the 26-year-old was ultimately okay.

Despite the crazy grab, it hasn't been all good for the Yankees so far this season. They're just 16-15 right now, which puts them fourth in the American League East. Despite having numerous loud bats throughout the lineup, the team has struggled to produce, ranking 20th in the big leagues with just 4.1 runs per game.

But, the Yankees have been improving as of late, going 7-3 in their last 10. This is the first of a three-game set with the Nats as New York currently trails 3-2 heading into the fifth inning.

As for Frazier, he's been dead quiet at the plate, hitting just .151 in 26 games this season. But, on a more positive note, the Yankees left fielder is clearly excelling defensively.
