She has arrived! Angel Reese is locked in for the Chicago Sky's WNBA Preseason run. The former LSU star will finally get the opportunity to play in the big leagues and cook some of the biggest names in the world. She started this off by making her name known against the New York Liberty. More specifically, she got to work and blew by Breanna Stewart for the easy bucket.

Angel Reese may have just notched the nicest play during the WNBA Preseason. The Sky rookie sized up against Breanna Stewart and found the easy driving lane alongside the perfect look to sink a shot. The veteran out of the Liberty tried to contest but it was to no avail.

This was not the only thing that Angel Reese was able to do for the Sky. She also started and managed to get 24 minutes of playing. Her skills were not at all wasted in any second of this WNBA Preseason matchup. She ended up knocking down six out of her 10 field goal attempts to notch 13 points. Moreover, her ability to crash the boards was also on display. She boxed out well and even outhustled some members of the Liberty to record five rebounds.

This insanely talented rookie for the Sky was also dominant in terms of defensive impact. She was able to steal the ball twice away from the Liberty's offense. Both of them were big in turning the tides of the game such that Angel Reese was able to help her squad win. Their dominance in this game and the insane team chemistry have now propelled the Sky into a one-win record during the 2017 NBA Season. Not to mention, they also molly-whopped Breanna Stewart's crew by finishing 101 to 53.

The WNBA Preseason has just started and there will be a lot of adjustments for teams to do better in the regular season. This is not what the Sky looked like at all. They have shown insane work ethics on the court and it was reflected through the score.

Marina Mabery was the one who knocked all of her shots down and led the team in scoring. She went seven for 12 on her field goal attempts for 20 points. Brianna Turner was able to bring down eight total rebounds for the Sky. Dana Evans also helped out the Sky a lot by keeping their offensive rhythm running. She was able to accomplish just that and delivered seven minutes.

A lot of this game was decided using defense. The Sky limited the Breanna Stewart-led Liberty to a horrid 31.7% clip from all three levels of scoring. Another cherry on top was that their perimeter was locked up. The Liberty only ended with an outside stroke that clocks in at around 17.6.
