JaVale McGee has made himself a quasi-household name not so much for his merits on the court, but for his unfortunate mishaps with the ball, earning him two Shaqtin' A Fool MVP awards, more than any other NBA player has received.

Admittedly, the 7-footer said back in October that the segment has had a negative impact on his career.

On Tuesday night, McGee missed a layup in transition after dribbling behind his back to start a one-man break against the Utah Jazz, Bleacher Report jumped in the opportunity to make fun of the often-ridiculed center, tweeting: “Almost, Javale #Shaqtin.”

Golden State Warriors sixth man Andre Iguodala, one of the biggest proponents of the athletic big man this offseason, was not happy with the post and came to McGee’s defense in the comments.

McGee took to Twitter shortly after the game to voice his displeasure, prompting B/R to respond with an apology and remove the post.

While often errant, JaVale McGee has been a much-needed spark off the bench for the 27-5 Warriors this season.
