Bismack Biyombo isn't used to losing like this.

After spending the last season with the Toronto Raptors, who made it to the Eastern Conference Finals, he's now in Orlando with the Magic where times are currently tough.

The Magic are just 3-6 to start the season and only the Philadelphia 76ers have a worse scoring margin in the Eastern Conference.

Recently, Biyombo let his frustration out with some harsh words regarding the effort of his team.

Via the Orlando Sentinel:

”Right now we shouldn’t be talking about chemistry because we’ve had enough time to figure that out. Now it’s just about doing, getting out there and getting it down…We’re taking some plays off, we’re playing some plays that we feel like, and this is a challenge for us.”

Taking some plays off is not something head coach Frank Vogel wants to hear about his team. And Biyombo's teammates might not appreciate the criticism either.

Sure, Orlando's talent is down but to question the effort level is an entirely other aspect.

Many believe a trade is inevitable in the future for the Magic this season. The frontcourt is crowded and they have some assets that are not currently playing up to their potential. Just one trade won't fix the situation just yet. They are still in a rebuilding mode and Biyombo is going to have to get used to it.
