After shockingly losing out on Dwyane Wade, many questioned what the Miami Heat were going to do next. According to Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press, the Heat have agreed to a one-year deal with Dion Waiters.

Waiters' deal will reportedly be for $2.9 million, far lower than what he was making last year and less than what he was expected to get this free agency period.
