Byron Scott recently made headlines after being fired by the Los Angeles Lakers from his head coaching position. Scott led the Lakers to their worst record in franchise history this past season as the team completely tanked. Despite his record with the Lakers, Scott has spoken out about how he feels about his coaching and if he will return.

Scott told Rich Eisen on the Rich Eisen Show Thursday:
“Do I want to coach back again in the NBA? Absolutely. Because No. 1 I think I'm a great coach and I can get the job done and I want an opportunity at it.”
