L.A. Clippers‘ guard Chris Paul had a bigger load to carry on Saturday night as his struggling Clippers were without star forward Blake Griffin and backup point guard Raymond Felton against the New Orleans Pelicans. L.A. needed a big game from Paul, and boy did they get one.

Paul turned in possibly the greatest performance of his career, putting in 20 points and dishing out 20 assists without committing a single turnover. Paul shot 8-16 from the field, 3-6 from downtown, and pulled in five rebounds with three steals as well.

It was not only the first 20-point, 20-assist game of his Clippers' career, but it was also the first time in NBA history that a player had 20 points, 20 assists, and no turnovers.

Paul's 20-20 game led the Clippers to a 133-105 blowout win over the Pelicans, stopping a two-game losing streak. Paul will look to continue his stellar play on Monday, when the Portland Trail Blazers come to town.
