Whenever he plays a game in Staples Center to face the Los Angeles Lakers, former purple and gold big man Dwight Howard expects to get booed and heckled by fans watching live, especially after his unsuccessful stint with the team back in the 2012-2013 season.

This was the case on Sunday night when the Atlanta Hawks where in town. Howard was greeted with some rude and mocking remarks by some Los Angeles faithful. Just as he was about to exit the arena, a fan shouted at him, calling him a “b***h” and the 6-foot-11 big man did not appreciate it.

Dwight quickly went back and told the heckler to say it in his face together with some other offensive language.

This is not the first instance this season that a player confronted a heckler. Just last week, Miami Heat forward Udonis Haslem also went face-to-face with a fan at The Palace of Auburn Hills and told him not to be disrespectful.

The Lakers had the last laugh of the night as they defeated Howard's team, 109-94, in the Hawks' lone visit to the Lakers' homecourt this season.
