Former Los Angeles Lakers head coach Byron Scott created quite a stir on Twitter when it was announced that he is going to release a book entitled “SLAM DUNK SUCCESS: Leading from Every Position on Life’s Court”.

Given the Lakers' status during the 55-year-old's time at the helm, it may seem ironic for him to release an advice book. Twitter users had a field day expressing their thoughts on Scott's newest endeavor, and Erik Malinowski of Bleacher Report gave his thoughts on the former 4th overall pick of the 1983 draft's rules for success in life:

An article was also made by Harrison Faigen of silverscreenandroll.com which included some hilarious takes on the leaked “excerpts” from the book made by user @MastaRedSnappa. Readers may take all these with a grain of salt, so here are some of it:

He also gave away the “title” of the tome and tried to prove its legitimacy:

All “excerpts” of the “seven chapters” can be seen in Feigan's article. Should the book become a bestseller is everybody's guess at this point, but it will be interesting to see how the comedic Twitter user will react if it does become one.
