Frank Vogel took over as head coach of the Orlando Magic this summer. Since his appointment, there have been some moves that give the team a new identity.

For Vogel, having six new players on the roster will be a challenge, but it's one that he is well versed in. Frank believes that management and fans need to approach the chemistry issue with patience.

When speaking to David Steele on the upcoming Inside the Magic: Midsummer Special, Vogel explained the process of bringing teams together:

“You can’t rush it. It’s going to take time. But you have to just work at it every day. We have always taken great pride in that from the teams that I coached in Indiana. It’s really going out to trying to achieve the chemistry every year, even when you had a great chemistry the year before. One new face can change the dynamic of the locker room. It’s something that, if you’re going to win, you have to have solidarity and unity in the locker room. It’s something we have to work toward every day.”

While the players will be held accountable for their play, many will judge Vogel based on his ability to establish a team-first mentality for this young roster.
