Updating a previous report, the Utah Jazz will be without their starting backcourt of George Hill and Rodney Hood tonight vs. the Memphis Grizzlies, according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

Hill is sitting his fifth straight game due to a thumb injury despite being a participant in practice earlier today. Hood has been battling a nasty cold and has played through it the past two games, but did not practice today and will get the night off.

Power forward Derrick Favors will play after dealing with knee soreness, which forced him to sit out the last three quarters of the last game against the Miami Heat, according to Salt Lake Tribune beat writer Tony Jones.

Boris Diaw will also be making a return from injury after missing the last two weeks with a right leg contusion. Trey Lyles‘ minutes will take a slight dip with the two big men making their return tonight.

The Aussie duo of Dante Exum and Joe Ingles will get the start in the backcourt while Gordon Hayward, Favors, and Rudy Gobert will anchor the front court against the 4-5 Grizzlies.
