The annual front office survey is upon us with the start of the regular season only a week away, and general managers around the league responded to 48 different questions about the best teams, players, coaches, fans, offseason moves, amongst other topics.

They were not allowed to vote for their own team or personnel. Percentages are based on the pool of respondents to that particular question, rather than all 30 GMs.

Minnesota Timberwolves rookie guard Kris Dunn is favored by GMs across the league to win Rookie of the Year. Despite being the fifth overall pick in this year's draft, Dunn is the likely candidate for winning the award on a team that has seen the last two ROY winners, with a potential to make it an unprecedented three in a row.

While Dunn isn't as high in the talent scale as other rookies, he makes up for it with an enviable work ethic, as he developed from a complete non-shooter to a proficient one with range by his senior year at Providence.

The 6-foot-4 guard has shown promising instincts at the defensive end and has nabbed nine steals in five short stints on the floor during the preseason. His passing ability and decision-making is highly regarded by the Timberwolves' coaching staff, and with Ricky Rubio‘s storied injury woes, it won't be long before the rookie sees ample playing time on the floor.

Philadelphia‘s Ben Simmons and New OrleansBuddy Hield were tied for second in the voting with 13.3 percent each, while Joel Embiid and Brandon Ingram tied for third with 10 percent a piece.
