After leading his team to a victory over the Brooklyn Nets with a double-double performance on Tuesday night, Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside just made one lucky fan's night.

Before making his way to the the tunnel, the 7-foot center gave a kid more than the high-five he was expecting. Whiteside took off his worn warmer and handed it to his young fan.

The Marshall product showed he is already in mid-season form as he finished the game with 21 points, 14 rebounds and four blocked shots.

Production like this is expected to be the norm for the 27-year-old as he is now the Heat's go-to-guy after the departure of Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh appearing to have already ended his tenure in South Beach. His 29.1 minutes per game last season is expected to see an uptick which will give him a better chance of improving his already impressive averages of 14.2 points, 11.8 rebounds and a league-leading 3.7 blocks per game last year.
