Golden State Warriors center JaVale McGee and Minnesota Timberwolves forward Gorgui Dieng got into a heated shove exchange following a hard foul by McGee as Dieng intended to gather himself for a shot close to the basket.
The Warriors big man pushed down on Dieng and was shoved as he walked away from the play. That shove elicited a response by McGee and for both teams to stick up for their own as the incident was deescalated by the officials.

McGee received a Flagrant 1 for the play while both players got offsetting technical fouls for the shoves after play was stopped. Golden State will need McGee with Draymond Green sitting out tomorrow's game against the Phoenix Suns, so it's safe to say he'll be watching his actions the rest of this game.
