Conley, who spent 12 seasons with the Grizzlies, was recently traded to the Jazz in exchange for Jae Crowder, Kyle Korver, Grayson Allen, and draft picks.

The veteran guard was one of the most beloved members of the Grizzlies' ‘Grit & Grind' era and the final member to leave. While they were not able to get past the Western Conference Finals, they definitely had some shining moments, and that's something that will last in the hearts of their fans forever.

In his 12 years with the Grizzlies, Conley averaged 14.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 1.5 steals.

Now, the Grizzlies can officially begin their rebuild with their two key cornerstones in Jaren Jackson Jr. and the second overall pick in this year's NBA Draft, Ja Morant. It will take time for Memphis to become a legitimate title contender once again, but there is no doubt that the future is bright for the franchise.

As for Conley, he will have a great opportunity with the Jazz. Playing with rising star Donovan Mitchell and two-time Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert will definitely help him have another shot at the playoffs. Utah is going for it in a wide-open Western Conference, and a few more savvy moves in free agency would only help the quest to title contention.
