Washington Wizards point guard John Wall was part of a lot of headlines recently after being ejected in back-back-games and saying publicly his demand for respect from referees afterwards.

He may have evaded suspension from the league office, but he is still expected to sit out some games.

Head coach Scott Brooks has revealed that as part of Wall's continuing recovery from two offseason surgeries, he will be rested in one game of their next back-to-back set, just like what the team did to him on Saturday against the Chicago Bulls. The team will reevaluate their strategy after that and will look for the best possible option in order to not sacrifice losing more games.

This is certainly a huge blow for the Wizards who are also currently missing the services of Bradley Beal. Without their top two scorers versus the New York Knicks or Philadelphia 76ers, the scoring load will be up to Markieff Morris and Marcin Gortat to carry.

The three-time All-Star has had a solid start to this season with averages of 22.3 points and 8.3 assists in 34 minutes per game. Trey Burke will see an uptick in his minutes as he will most likely be the starter when Wall gets his additional rest.
