Young Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns is having the time of his life in Minnesota. Even after being there for just over a year, Towns already calls it home and sees himself there for a very long time.

In fact, per Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press, Towns had this to say:

It's hard to argue the statement considering all the success he's had so far. Towns was named as the unanimous Rookie of the Year last season and has had one of the best seasons for any first-year player in NBA history. With his rare combination of height, post moves and outside shooting, he is going be one the toughest matchups in the years to come.

During an interview with RealGM Wiretap, Towns reveals how much he wants to give back to the community whenever he has a chance to and the team's plans of becoming one of the best in the league.

“I have a lot of my blood and sweat and tears here, I have a certain thing with Minnesota. I always want to come back here.”

Towns also recently put the rest of the league on notice, saying that he wants “everyone to know that (the Timberwolves) are coming.”

Wolves fans are ecstatic to hear this from their star center as they know he will be one of the team's cornerstones of the future. With newly appointed head coach Tom Thibodeau now calling the plays on the sidelines, combined with both young and experienced core players, the future is definitely bright in Minnesota.
