Kyle Lowry was on an absolute tear on Friday night with a stellar performance, so it came at no surprise to see him feeling himself after hitting a dagger step-back jumper to put the Toronto Raptors up by eight over the Utah Jazz.

The Villanova standout had a season-high 36 points on 15-of-20 shooting from the floor and 4-of-8 from beyond the arc, despite receiving stitches in the upper lip during the third quarter, time which the Jazz used to stretch a lead of their own.

Lowry scored a whopping 19 points in the fourth quarter with a variety of spin moves, floaters, hard drives to the basket. With an added array of three-point pull ups, Lowry made it clear to his teammates that he was determined to come out with the W.

DeMar DeRozan, who finished with 24 points on the night, offered the ultimate praise for his point guard.
