What does a 6'10 quarterback look like?
Probably something like the Phoenix Suns' big man Marquese Chriss.
The Suns visited the Arizona Cardinals practice on Thursday and had a chance to get on the field and get in some light football drills. On a very nonchalant throw, Chriss threw a 65 yard pass down the field as if it was commonplace for someone like himself to do so.
Some athletes are multi-talented and able to play multiple sports. Chriss grew up playing football before he grew into his NBA sized frame. He played defensive end, tight end, and safety before suffering a shoulder injury and putting the notion to rest that he could be a pro football player.
There was no NFL deal at the end of the day, but you can watch Chriss' throw below.
