Despite the Dallas Mavericks' 108-95 loss at the hands of the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night, second-year Mavs guard Luka Doncic was still all smiles after the game as he had a chance to share a moment with Laker legend Kobe Bryant.

He also had a photo op with Kobe's daughter, Gigi.

Doncic struggled against the Lakers, as he shot 5-14 from the field, including 0-6 from behind the arc. He finished with 19 points, four rebounds, seven assists, and two steals.

Doncic is having a sensational season with the Mavs. He's putting up 29.1 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 9.1 assists this season while leading the team to the third-best record in the Western Conference. He's also poised to make the All-Star team in just his second season in the NBA.

A loss is a loss, but for Doncic, meeting the Black Mamba is something that he can be happy about.
