If Oklahoma City Thunder big man Steven Adams is thinking of pursuing a different career once his basketball endeavor is over, former Los Angeles Lakers forward Rick Fox has his ears open.

In an ambush interview by TMZ, Fox was asked if he would consider giving Adams, an avid video gamer, some advice on eSports and the 13-year NBA veteran appeared to be enthusiastic and excited at the prospect of him partnering with the New Zealand native. Fox even said that he “could get him [Adams] to the right people” and “put him in touch with some pros”.

Although Fox has long retired from the NBA, he remains a busy man in part because he runs the eSports team Echo Fox that competes in Major League Gaming.

As for Adams, he's got the entire offseason to sharpen his skills in Dota 2, as he'll likely have less time to spend on video games once the new NBA offseason rolls around.
