The Golden State Warriors were able to avenge their loss earlier this season to the Los Angeles Lakers when they won against them on Wednesday night in a blowout, 149-106.

It also marked the first time the team won against their former assistant coach, Luke Walton, who now calls the shots for the Lakers. After the game, Stephen Curry took a subtle shot on the 36-year-old bench tactician with an Instagram post welcoming him back at the Oracle Arena.

Hey Luke, welcome back to Oracle…

The two were known to have had a good relationship when they were working together in Oakland and Curry's post just goes to show how they are still on good terms.

It will be interesting to see how Walton responds to his former player's message or how the Lakers will defend him if they win against the Warriors once again. The two teams are scheduled to face each other two more times this season with the next one on Friday at the Staples Center.
