The game between the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night had a lot of subplots to it.

It was the first time Andrew Bogut and Harrison Barnes faced their former team after getting traded last summer to make room for the signing of Kevin Durant. The point guard matchup was also something a lot of people looked forward to watching as the Curry brothers, Stephen and Seth went up against each other.

Early in the third quarter, the Mavs inbounded the ball to Seth and his sibling rushed to guard him. While attempting to change direction, the back-to-back MVP tweaked his ankle and limped off the court.

Stephen went directly to their locker room and had his ankle re-taped. The good news for the Bay Area faithful was he returned to the game did not show any signs of the ankle bothering him. He also said he expects to play in the second night of their back-to-back set when the Warriors go up against the Denver Nuggets.

The older sibling had the last laugh as the Warriors blew out the Mavericks, 116-95, and improved their record to 6-2 for the season.
