Following a key road win over the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr became the fastest coach in all major professional four sports to reach 200 regular season wins, needing only 238 games to hit the mark.

The franchise's culture change started to take off with the hiring of Mark Jackson in 2011, but wasn't revamped from the ground up until Kerr's arrival in 2014 — winning the organization's first NBA championship in 40 years in his rookie season at the helm.

Since, Kerr has led the Warriors to three straight 60-plus win seasons (67-15, 73-9, 60-14 and counting) along with three straight No. 1 seeds. The Warriors had never reached the 60-win plateau in their 68 years prior to Kerr's arrival.

The Arizona alum has done much more than put a great roster in a winning position, but managed egos, minutes, and crafted a friendly atmosphere for the team to play.

Kerr's pass-heavy motion offense has become one of the most fun for basketball fans to watch — and it's proved efficient as well, leading the league in scoring for the third straight season, raising the Warriors points-per-game average every season.

Steve Kerr's task this season will prove the most difficult: managing a short-handed Warriors team and integrating their leading scorer Kevin Durant back into the mix as the team prepares for yet another deep run in this year's NBA playoffs.
