The Golden State Warriors played the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday night and were able to come out with a much-needed 118-91 win to tie the series 1-1 heading back to OKC.
Warriors star and back-to-back MVP Steph Curry had a much better game than he did in Game 1, posting 28 points in just 30 minutes played and shooting 5-of-8 from beyond the 3-point line.
Head coach Steve Kerr has become accustomed to watching Steph do his thing over the passed couple years and had this to say regarding Steph’s play Wednedsay night:

Yes, coaching becomes much easier when you have a guy who can drain it from anywhere beyond half-court.

“Business as usual” for Steph Curry.
Hopefully for the Kerr and the Warriors they can keep that usual play going back in OKC. After losing Game 1 at home, many believed Game 2 to be a must win for the Warriors as they have not lost back-to-back games all season.
Game 3 will take place on Sunday at 8:00pm (EST). Expect the Thunder to come back strong at home.
